This specific knife, hand-assembled on 13 April 2023, features:
- Blade: 3.6″ (91 mm) CPM S45VN stainless steel in a Tanto profile with stonewashed finish. The Tanto geometry delivers outstanding tip strength for piercing and prying, combined with a strong cutting edge for tough tasks. Hollow ground for excellent slicing performance.
- Handle: Sandblasted 6Al4V titanium scales for a secure, tactile grip and lightweight strength. Open-frame design reduces weight while maintaining rigidity.
- Lock: Chris Reeve’s proven Reeve Integral Lock (RIL) with ceramic ball interface — one of the strongest and most reliable frame locks ever created. Easy to clean and maintain for a lifetime of flawless operation.
- Deployment: Dual thumb studs (with blue anodised accents visible in photos) for fast, ambidextrous opening. Large phosphor bronze washers ensure silky-smooth action.
