The LionSteel Barlow Roundhead Carbon Fibre is the original model in LionSteel’s CollectorKnives Barlow series, which debuted in 2017 to booming success and quickly became a modern benchmark for traditional slipjoint design.

The Roundhead was the first in the series — a spear point blade in what’s often called the Euro-Barlow style, reimagining the traditional medium Barlow pattern with contemporary materials and construction. It features an M390 sintered stainless steel blade, titanium bolsters and liners, a solid stop pin, fully radiused edges throughout, and torx-held slabs and bolsters for easy maintenance. This version pairs the spear point blade with sleek black carbon fibre handle scales and grey titanium bolsters for a refined, modern finish on a traditional shape.

M390 sintered steel delivers excellent edge retention and strong corrosion resistance, finished in a clean satin for classic Barlow styling. The reliable slipjoint locking mechanism keeps the design true to its traditional roots, while the carbon fibre scales add a lightweight, premium look that stands apart from the natural Micarta, olive wood, or ram horn options also offered in the series.
