This is the real deal — a one-of-a-kind custom folder handcrafted by Geoff Blauvelt of Tuff Knives, one of the most respected and sought-after names in the American custom knife community.

The Black Site #4 is Geoff’s Psyop design executed as a fully custom piece — a clean, elegant drop-point frame lock folder with a sculpted silhouette that speaks volumes without shouting. The blade is ground from Nitro-V steel, a nitrogen-enriched stainless alloy renowned for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening, with a high mirror-polished satin finish that makes the grind lines sing. The Spyderco-style round hole allows smooth, ambidextrous thumb deployment.

The frame is machined from dark tumbled titanium — matte, understated, and premium in hand — with anodised blue titanium accents at the pivot collar and pivot, adding a precision pop of colour that Geoff is known for. The pivot collar is Timascus, the highly sought-after Damascus-patterned titanium alloy that shifts colour in the light, making every piece genuinely unique. A carbon fibre handle overlay on the show side provides striking visual contrast against the dark titanium frame, with its distinctive woven texture catching light differently from every angle.
